A Magician's Secrets Room

You have tickets to a famous magician's show. The lights come up and the tricks become more and more incredible… Then, unexpectedly, the magician calls one of you onto the stage and – with a single move – makes them disappear.

A few minutes pass, but your teammate does not return…

There is no time to hesitate: you sneak backstage to uncover the secret… but the door suddenly locks behind you. Now you have become part of the act as well.

You have 60 minutes to find out what is happening behind the scenes, uncover the magician's secrets – and find your way out before he returns.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a themed room, or series of rooms, where guests work together to progress through the story by solving logical puzzles and opening locks. You have 60 minutes to reach the final solution.

What happens if I panic?

We do not recommend the escape room if you are prone to panic or suffer from claustrophobia. If you do panic, our game master can open the room immediately, or you can do so yourself using the emergency key provided in our rooms.

What is the recommended minimum age?

We recommend our rooms from the age of 12. There is nothing scary in the rooms, so younger players may also take part, but due to the difficulty level we recommend that children under 12 play together with older participants.

How can I buy a gift voucher?

You can purchase a gift voucher for the Game of Rooms escape rooms by completing a form on our website. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Please include the buyer's name in the payment reference. Once the payment arrives, we will send the gift voucher to you by email within one day, or we can also send it by post. Our vouchers are valid for six months.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay on site by cash or bank card, or by bank transfer in advance after booking. In this case, please include the name used for the booking and the number of players in the payment reference. Coupons and discounts can be redeemed by presenting them on site.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by phone or email. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you are unable to come.

Is parking available nearby?

If you arrive by car, parking is free in the surrounding streets after 2:00 PM on Saturdays and all day on Sundays. At other times, we are located in a paid parking zone.

Can hen and stag party groups play?

Of course. If you have any special requests, please contact us. We offer a 10% discount on the game price for stag and hen parties. Please mention this in the notes when making your booking.
Playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted!

Can players under 18 take part?

The description of each room states the recommended minimum age for participation. You may choose to differ from this recommendation at your own responsibility. Players under 18 who play without a parent or guardian must bring written permission signed by a parent or guardian.

How does the game work?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. The game master will explain the story and the rules, then once you enter the escape room, the door will be locked behind you. A screen in the room shows how much time remains from the full 60 minutes. The game master can provide help via walkie-talkie if you get stuck. During the 60 minutes, you need to examine everything in the room, search for clues and keys, and progress from one puzzle to the next.

How many people can play in one room at the same time?

The game requires teamwork, so a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 players can take part at the same time.

What happens if you do not escape within 60 minutes?

If you do not manage to escape within 60 minutes, the mission is unsuccessful and the game master will show you which tasks were still left to solve. Our rooms are designed so that you can escape within 60 minutes, and the game master can also help you, so you have every chance of completing the mission successfully.

Is the gift voucher issued to a specific person?

If you would like a name to appear on the gift voucher, please provide the recipient's name when ordering. Otherwise, our vouchers are not issued to a specific person, so anyone can use them by presenting the voucher physically or digitally when paying.

How can I make a booking?

You can view and book one of our available time slots through the booking system on our website, or you can make a booking by phone. Please book at least one day in advance. When booking, you must provide a phone number where we can reach you.

How can I change my booking?

If fewer or more people arrive than you specified when booking, that is not a problem and you do not need to change the booking. If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the difference, or you can pay the additional amount if more players arrive. If you would like to play at a different time, please contact us by phone or email.

Can we eat or drink in the room?

You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. However, we are unable to provide food or drinks on site.

Is the game safe? Will we be locked in for 60 minutes?

The doors are locked as part of the game, but if there is any problem you can leave at any time. Our game master stays in continuous contact with you and monitors the game through a camera system. You can also open the door yourselves at any time using the emergency key. A fire extinguisher is also provided.
