Your partner hasn’t returned for quite some time, so you went backstage to look for him. The door closes behind you. What is the magician’s plan with you? The show ends in 60 minutes. What is an escape room?
An escape room game is a thematically decorated room or rooms in which the guests work together, moving from one logical task to the next, opening locks to progress in the story until the complete solution, for which they have 60 minutes.
What if I panic?
We do not recommend the escape room if you panic easily or suffer from claustrophobia. But if you do panic, our game master will of course immediately open the door of the room or you can open yourself also because we provide panic keys in all of our rooms.
From what age is it recommended?
Our rooms are recommended for ages 12 and up. There is nothing scary in our rooms, so younger people can also visit, but due to the difficulty of our games, if children under 12 want to try it, we recommend it with the help of older players.
 
How can I buy a gift card.
On our website, by filling out a form, you can buy a gift voucher for the Game of Rooms escape rooms. You can pay by bank transfer. Indicate the buyer's name in the transfer notice. After receiving the amount, we will send you the gift voucher by email within one day, but we can also send it by post or you can choose to pick it up in person. Our voucher is valid for six months.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay on the spot with cash or bank card or by bank transfer after booking. In this case, please indicate the name under which you booked and how many of you would like to play in the notice. You can validate coupons/discounts by presenting them on site.
How can I cancel the reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by phone or email. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you cannot come.

Can bachelor party teams play?
Of course. In case of individual requests, please contact us. On the occasion of a bachelor or bachelorette party, we offer a 10% discount on the price of the game. Please indicate this in advance in the comments when booking.
We do not allow playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs!
Can people under 18 participate?
In the description of our rooms, you can find the age above which we recommend participating in the game. Of course, you can deviate from this based on your own decision. If our players under the age of 18 play without a parent or guardian, a signed permission from a parent or guardian is required.
What is the game process?

Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The game master explains the frame story and the rules of the game, then enters the escape room and closes the door behind you. In the room, you can see how much time you have left of the full 60 minutes on a screen. The game master offers help via a walkie-talkie if you get stuck. During the 60 minutes, you have to examine everything in the room, move from one puzzle to another looking for clues and keys.

How many people can play?
The game requires teamwork, so a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people can play at the same time in one room.
What happens if I don't get out within 60 minutes?
If you do not manage to get out within 60 minutes, then the mission is unsuccessful, the game master will show you what tasks were left or you cancome back and try again. By the way, our rooms are designed so that you can get out within 60 minutes, and the game master will also help you, so you have every chance to complete the mission successfully.
Is the gift card for a name?
If you would like a name to appear on the gift card, please enter the recipient's name when ordering. By the way, our vouchers are not addressed to a name, so they can be used by anyone who hands them over or presents them digitally when paying.
How can I make a reservation?

You can see and book one of our free appointments through the booking system on our website, or you can book an appointment by phone.

How can I change my reservation?

If you come with fewer or more people than you indicated when booking, no problem, you don't have to change the reservation. If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the difference, or you can make up for it if more people have arrived. If you want to play at a different time, please contact us by phone or email.

Can we have food or drink in the room?
Of course, you can bring food and non-alcoholic drinks with you. However, we cannot serve food and drinks on site.
Is the game safe? Will we be closed for 60 minutes?

The doors will be closed during the game, but you can come out at any time if there is a problem, our game master will be in constant contact with you and monitor your games through a camera system, and you can also open the door at any time with a panic key. We also provide a fire extinguisher.
